Jeff Green (ankle) out vs. Celtics

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Forward Jeff Green was held out of the Oklahoma City Thunder's lineup Sunday night against the Boston Celtics with a sprained left ankle.

Coach Scott Brooks said Green hurt the ankle Saturday in practice and will be day to day. The Thunder's next game is Wednesday night against Philadelphia.

Green is Oklahoma City's third-leading scorer with 19.4 points per game and he also averages 7.2 rebounds. He was one of four Thunder players who started all 82 games last season.

Serge Ibaka took Green's place in the starting lineup.
