Felton's outputs, namely his shooting percentages, improved markedly post All-Star break, but he still averaged 2.294 assists per turnover, easily a career-low for the seven-year veteran. Granted, the Knicks were one of the league's most fantasy-friendly offenses, but Felton will have plenty of weapons at his disposal in Portland.
