His minutes-per-game dropped to under 30 as did most of his scoring stats also from the season before. He averaged just 11.1 points-per-game on a 38 percent field goal percentage. He did increase both his assists (6.4) and steals-per-game (0.8) averages. Augustin","seasonOutlook":{"outlook":"The 6-foot, 180-pound Augustin started all 82 games at the point for the Bobcats last season, yet the club drafted 6-foot-1, 172-pound PG Kemba Walker with the ninth pick in the draft. It's hard to not see that as an indictment of Augustin's ability to run the show for the squad going forward. That's OK with us, because Walker should be a better long-term fantasy option than Augustin, who played 33 minutes per game but averaged just 6.1 assists, 0.7 steals and shot 41.7 percent from the field last season. That's not what you want from your PG, and he will have a tough time even producing that much in a time-share or as a reserve at the point.
