Initially it looked as if Jordan was taking advantage of the extra minutes, averaging 8.3 points, 9.4 boards, and 2.7 points in 31.5 minutes during the month of January. Then things began to deteriorate as Jordan saw his minutes - and in turn - production dip every month thereafter. The main reason for the decline in minutes was the addition of Kenyon Martin in February. K-Mart isn't signed through the 2012-2013 season, so it will be interesting to see how Jordan's minutes are dispersed next year.
