From Elias: A pair of reserves topped New Jersey's scoring list as Gerald Green scored 32 points and Anthony Morrow added 24 in a 122-117 overtime win over the Cavaliers. It was the second time this month that Green and Morrow both scored at least 20 points as subs in the same game.
