With averages of 9.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 0.9 steals in just 21.3 minutes per game (62 starts) last season, it's clear that Blair has double-double potential if given starter's minutes. Unfortunately, Blair's inconsistency has often landed him in Popovich's doghouse. Rumored to be on the offseason trading block, Blair will need to impress early in the season if he's going to have fantasy value in 2012-13.
