Meeks Not Mild Vs. Cleveland
From Elias: Jodie Meeks poured in a career-high 31 points, including seven three-point field goals, in the 76ers' 103-85 victory over the visiting Cavaliers. It was the second time that Meeks has made seven three-pointers in a game for the 76ers; he did so against the Bobcats back on Dec. 4, 2010. Only one other 76ers player has had a pair of games in which he made as many as seven threes: Dana Barros had seven and nine, respectively, in a pair of games six days apart in January 1995. In Monday night's game, the Sixers scored 100 of their 103 points on field goals, making only three points from the free-throw line-the fewest free throws that the 76ers have made in a single game since the franchise joined the NBA as the Syracuse Nationals in 1949! (The old team record low of five was done four times, including in the Sixers' last game, a loss at San Antonio on Sunday.)
