If the Bobcats are looking to invest more time into a player that has proven to be incredibly injury prone, they are likely to meet Mullens' qualifying offer. This may be the way to go if they take his production while healthy into account. However, a front office that is looking to revamp their inconsistent roster may not be willing to take this chance.
