After struggling to earn quality minutes to start the year, Williams turned it on after the All-Star break, averaging 10.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 0.4 steals, 0.6 blocks and 0.8 3-pointers in just 24.7 minutes per game. He still has some development to do, but his per-minute numbers in the second half are promising. Unfortunately for Williams, Minnesota signed Andrei Kirilenko in the offseason, which clouds his outlook at least at the start of the season. Kirilenko will likely begin the year as the starting small forward, but Williams will make his presence known with plenty of minutes off the bench. The upside is there, but Williams' star potential might hang on the health of his teammates.","seasonId":2013,"date":"Wed Oct 10"},"playerRater30DAY":3.9,"playerRater15DAY":4.7,"positionRank":39}
