From Elias: Bradley Beal, who had played in only three of the Wizards' last 14 games, returned to action and poured in 24 points in 30 minutes in Washington's victory over the Raptors. Beal, for the season, is averaging 21.6 points per 48 minutes played; the last time that a Washington rookie had an average that high (minimum: 1,500 minutes played) was in the 1994-95 season, when Juwan Howard averaged 22.6 points per 48 minutes for the team then known as the Bullets. And a hat-tip to the Wizards, whose victory on Sunday night left them with a 9-8 won-lost record in March after they had gone 7-5 in February. It's the first time that the Wizards have won more games than they lost in each of two successive months since they went 10-6 and 5-3, respectively, in March and April of 2008.
