ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Orlando Magic never gave in. They didn't buckle when their starting point guard went down with a season-ending injury. They regrouped when their frustrated superstar called out their coach. They stood up to the Boston Celtics. They sent LeBron James home.

• The win ensured the Magic of their second NBA Finals berth (they were swept by the Houston Rockets in the 1995 finals).
• The Magic improved to 9-0 this postseason when holding opponents to 90 points or fewer.
• They made 62 3-pointers, tying the NBA record for most made 3-pointers in a six-game series.
• Dwight Howard finished with a career postseason-high 40 points, 14 rebounds, and four assists.
• With the loss, Cleveland became the third team to win 65 games and not win an NBA title.
• They fell to 0-5 in Orlando this season overall.

The Magic enjoyed a 2-0 series advantage against the Lakers this season, scoring an average of 107 points a game and outrebounding Los Angeles by seven per contest. A note of caution, however -- injured guard Jameer Nelson led the Magic in scoring in both games. Here's the breakdown:

Woods, who shares a Dec. 30 birthday with James, was back after missing Game 4. Florida quarterback Tim Tebow was also in the house. ... James expects he and Howard -- Olympic teammates -- meeting in the postseason could become an annual event. "It's not the first time we'll see each other on this platform," he said.
