LA CROSSE, Wis. -- Michael Conley made two free throws with three seconds remaining and Beno Udrih missed a 3-pointer as time expired to give the Memphis Grizzlies a 97-94 preseason victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night.

Conley had nine points in the final 5:06 to hold off the Bucks, who trailed by as many as six points in the fourth quarter.

Conley and Rudy Gay each finished with 20 points to lead the Grizzlies and Marreese Speights had 16 points and 10 rebounds.
