The Cavs are averaging an NBA playoff low 8.4 turnovers per game this postseason. In Game 1 against Atlanta, they had just one in the first half, tying their lowest in a half of a playoff game since May 20, 2009 against Orlando.

Agree w/ Waiters: Spurs have sacrificed rest of offense going again and again to Aldridge. He has been unreal. But "1 man can't beat us."

The Miami Heat issue statement moments ago announcing that Chris Bosh will not play in the playoffs, but that the sides will continue to work together to get him back on the court in the future. Bosh attended practice today in Toronto and watched film with coaches and Miami's younger players. Bosh has repeatedly declined to comment on his status. He has been sidelined with a medical condition since February. Bosh also missed the second half of last season to treat a blood clot that traveled to his lungs.

Takeaways from the Miami Heat's practice today in Toronto: 1. Dwyane Wade and Hassan Whiteside received extensive treatment for sore knees on Wednesday but both expect to play in Game 2 Thursday. 2. In response to LeBron James' thoughts of facing Miami in the conference finals, Wade said he's got bigger issues to deal with right now north of the border against the Raptors. 3. Luol Deng makes a pretty mean cold cut sandwich, so much so that it's apparently helped turn Goran Dragic's game around in these playoffs.
