Williams was unable to play in Sunday's win over the Thunder in Oklahoma City. He was going to return to Cleveland with the team but likely will not play Monday against the Pistons.
Williams told Cleveland.com that the knee is "a little worrisome." A source told Cleveland.com that the knee has bothered him much of the season and that he had an injection in the joint on Dec. 7.
Williams is averaging 9.1 points and 2.7 assists per game for the Cavaliers this season. This is his second stint with Cleveland, having played there from 2008-11. He has averaged 13.2 points and 4.9 assists in a 13-year career.
