Minnesota lands fifth draft pick

The Timberwolves were awarded the No. 5 overall pick for the June NBA draft during Tuesday night's lottery, their most likely landing spot. They went into the lottery with an 8.8 percent chance of picking first for the second straight year and a 29.2 percent chance of landing in the top three.

Wolves, Hield appear to be likely fit
