Ezeli has knee surgery, out at least 6 weeks

Golden State Warriors center Festus Ezeli has undergone arthroscopic surgery to remove debris in his left knee and is scheduled to be reevaluated in six weeks.

Kerr on rookie Kevon Looney, who probably isn't filling the Ezeli void: "I think it's more of a big picture thing. I don't think it's like a matter of days he's going to be ready to play a full NBA game or full NBA season. I think, he's a kid, he's 19 years old, maybe he just turned 20. So a big part of this year for him is just building his body and stamina and conditioning. It helps when he can get some playing time. Really I look at it more long term. More, the whole year where he needs to make strides."
