Not easy being Draymond Green

The Warriors were outscored by 73 with Green on the court in the last two games, including -30 Tuesday. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, that is the worst plus/minus rating in a two-game span in the postseason since 2000.

If you look at this official NBA rulebook video, it appears Draymond Green may have committed a textbook flagrant foul by tripping Enes Kanter last night. http://videorulebook.nba.com/archive/flagrant-foul-penalty-1-defender-intentionally-trips-opponent/ This is relevant because Green is one flagrant point away from suspension. In theory this could be reviewed today by league office. Would be surprising if anything happened though.
