NBA - Pacers big underdogs

Game 1 A Must-Win for Pacers
From Elias: Since NBA playoff seeding began in 1984, there have been 87 instances where a team with 10+ regular season wins over their opponent has won Game 1 of a best-of-seven series. Only five times has that team went on to lose the series. It has happened only once in the conference finals. In 1986, the 62-win Lakers beat the 51-win Rockets in Game 1, then lost the series in 5 games. The Heat won 16.5 more games than the Pacers in the regular season.
