The Spurs cruise to a 124-92 over the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals. San Antonio led by as many as 43 tonight, marking the first time in the Pop era the Spurs led a playoff game by 40 points or more, according to ESPN Stats and Information.

Game 1 goes to the Spurs, and it was in emphatic, convincing fashion, 124-92. They overwhelmed the Thunder from tipoff, getting everything they wanted on offense and suffocating to normally high octane Thunder offense. Aldridge and Leonard combined for 63 on 28-36 shooting. Westbrook and Durant had 30 on 11-34.
