LeBron James 7-16 FG | 5-7 FT | 9 REB | 5 AST | 19 PTS | +18
GRADEB+

After admitting that he was exhausted and battered after the Chicago loss, LeBron was right back out on the floor less than 24 hours later. Why? Beats me. Nonetheless, he practically got the night off anyway as the Heat blew out the Bobcats. The slam at the end of the third quarter gave the fans their money's worth.

James Jones 2-7 FG | 0-0 FT | 0 REB | 2 AST | 6 PTS | -3
GRADEB-

With Dwyane Wade sitting this one out, Jones got the start after not even seeing the floor against Chicago. And he wasted no time in showing the Heat coaching staff what they were missing. In Jonesian form, "Champ" drained a three on his first touch and kept firing away. He wasn't automatic in this one, but it must've felt good to get off two shots inside the arc.

Chris Bosh 8-11 FG | 2-2 FT | 7 REB | 3 AST | 18 PTS | +17
GRADEB+

If only Bosh could face Byron Mullens and the Bobcats every night. Bosh needed a pick-me-up after his struggles over the past month or so. Bosh always seems to look like an All-Star when Dwyane Wade sits out and Friday was no exception. As is the case with LeBron, an efficient, injury-free outing was all the Heat were looking for out of Bosh and they got that.

Norris Cole 4-8 FG | 0-0 FT | 1 REB | 4 AST | 8 PTS | +10
GRADEB-

Who could've used an ego-boost more than Bosh? This guy. After tallying a DNP-Coach's Decision last time out, Cole got back to work and attacked the rim like he usually does. This time, though, the ball found the bottom of the net. If Cole wanted to fight his way back into the rotation, this outing was a solid, not great, start for the kid.

Charlotte Bobcats
GRADEC

The Heat are probably the last team the Bobcats wanted to see on Friday. Also limping on a back-to-back, the Bobcats had little chance to compete even with Wade sidelined. Apparently Derrick Rose's cold streak was contagious; D.J. Augustin barely found iron on Friday. Hey, at least they held each of the Heat's Big Three under 20 points, right?
