Dwyane Wade game-time decision
MIAMI -- Dwyane Wade practiced with the Miami Heat on Friday after missing the past week with a sprained right ankle. He is questionable for Saturday night's home game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
"He's been doing a lot of conditioning and getting himself healthy," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "He's making a heck of a lot of progress."
Wade has been battling injuries for nearly a month, the most recent an ankle injury he suffered in Denver last week that's forced to miss the Heat's past two games. Wade also missed three games with a foot injury earlier this month.
The Heat are 5-0 without Wade, including wins over the San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Lakers, and just 5-4 with him.
Because of that, there is a sense the team is not in a hurry to bring Wade back before he's healthy.
"He sees what the team is doing, he knows he doesn't have to rush to come back," said LeBron James, who's averaged 32.3 points in the four games he's played without Wade this season. "When he's ready to come back, his No. 3 jersey will be waiting for him."
