North Carolina, Charlotte to meet in final

HOOVER, Ala. -- Billy Schuler scored the tying goal with 5:13 left in regulation, and North Carolina beat UCLA in penalty kicks Friday night to advance to the NCAA men's soccer final.

Ben Speas scored North Carolina's other goal in regulation and made the penalty kick that sealed the 3-1 victory in the tiebreaker. Goalkeeper Scott Goodwin blocked UCLA's first two penalty kicks.
