Colgate upends UMass

AMHERST, Mass. -- Colgate used four goals in the fourth quarter to upset Massachusetts, 13-11, Saturday in the opening round of the NCAA tournament.

UMass entered with a 15-0 record, and led, 10-9, after three quarters against the Raiders. But Colgate finished with three unanswered goals, and took its first lead with 7:12 left.

Peter Baum, the nation's leading scorer, Matt Baker, and Ryan Walsh each scored twice for Colgate (14-3).
