Bob Bowlsby takes on Big 12 issues
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Incoming Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby said Friday he is steadfastly against proposals that have been floated for paying up to $4,000 per year to student-athletes.
Bowlsby pointed out that there are other avenues in which aspiring athletes can play for pay.
