Report: Miami ignored Shapiro acts
CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- The NCAA is asking whether Miami ignored evidence that the former booster at the center of this scandal was providing impermissible benefits to Hurricanes athletes, coaches or recruits, said a person familiar with the situation.
