Towson, Cal Poly notch wins

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Towson's baseball team faced an uncertain future a few months ago, unsure if the program would exist beyond this season.

Saved by some state funding last month, the Tigers will be playing baseball at least a while longer. And they might stick around in this NCAA tournament, too.
