Billy Gillispie still hospitalized
Texas Tech coach Billy Gillispie will remain in the hospital to receive treatment for high blood pressure.
Texas Tech associate athletic director Blayne Beal updated Gillispie's status Monday, announcing that the embattled coach would not be released from University Medical Center in Lubbock.
Gillispie, 52, was hospitalized Friday. He told the Lubbock Avalanche Journal that he thought he was having a heart attack or stroke when he called 911 and said it was the worst he had ever felt.
