Stony Brook dominates early, beats Mount Ida 93-57

STONY BROOK, N.Y. -- Ron Bracey turned in 21 points and 10 rebounds as Stony Brook turned a massive first-half lead into a 93-57 victory over Mount Ida.

Stony Brook (2-0) opened the game on a 41-3 scoring run, and took a 48-13 advantage into the half. Mount Ida (1-0) shot just 15.2 percent (5 of 33) from the field in the first half, including 3 of 20 from 3-point range.

The Seawolves scored the game's first 14 points, and didn't allow the Mustangs to score until more than seven minutes ...
