No. 6 Gonzaga beats Loyola-Marymount  74-55

SPOKANE, Wash. -- The notoriously rowdy fans in the Kennel at No. 6 Gonzaga are not known for cheering opposing players.

But they gave a nice round of applause Saturday to Loyola Marymount's Anthony Ireland, who tied a career high with 30 points in a 74-55 loss to Gonzaga victory.

"I was really pleased with the fact that the fans recognized Anthony Ireland," Loyola Marymount coach Max Good said. "You don't see that much."
