UNC freshman James out for Duke with concussion

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- North Carolina coach Roy Williams says freshman Joel James won't play at second-ranked Duke on Wednesday night due to a concussion.

Williams said Tuesday that the 6-foot-10, 260-pound center took a blow to the head at some point during last week's home win against Wake Forest, though it's unclear when he was hurt.
