Cardinal's Andy Brown out for season

STANFORD, Calif. -- Stanford forward Andy Brown's basketball playing career is finished after he tore an anterior cruciate ligament in his knee for the fourth time since 2009.

Cardinal coach Johnny Dawkins said in a statement Wednesday that Brown tore the ACL in his right knee during a team workout Tuesday morning. Brown's previous ACL tears were in his left knee.
