If John Wooden's first title in 1964 gave everyone a little taste of what was to come, the back-to-back win in 1965 was something like Jay-Z's "Public Service Announcement." (It's really funny to imagine 1965-vintage Wooden singing this, by the way.) The rest of the sport had little time to see what was coming: By the end of the decade, UCLA would be an otherworldly basketball force, rattling off national titles like glee-club attendance medals.
