Leading 20-17 at the 7:36 mark, Lafayette (11-12, 4-2 Patriot League) held the Raiders scoreless the rest of the half en route to a 35-17 lead. Joey Ptasinski scored 10 of his 12 points in the first half for the Leopards.
Colgate (8-14, 2-4) posted its lowest point total since a 62-37 loss to TCU on Dec. 30, 2008, and saw its two-game winning streak end.
