Love scored 11 of his first 22 points in the first 6 minutes of the game, capping a 15-4 run by Denver (15-8, 11-2 WAC) with his third 3-pointer. The Pioneers hit nine 3-pointers on the night and shot 56.9 percent from the field.
Denver continued its offensive barrage in the first half to take a 36-14 lead at halftime and didn't look back, leading by as many as 30 points in the second half.
