    YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) -- Elijah Warren scored 17 points to lead Detroit to its eighth consecutive victory, 56-46 Saturday night over Youngstown State in the Horizon League regular-season finale for both teams.

    Detroit (17-10, 10-6) opened the game with a 15-0 run and forced nine Youngstown State turnovers in the first eight minutes.

    The Penguins (8-19 4-12) broke their drought when Brian Radakovich dunked with 11:31 left in the first half. He followed with a 3-pointer, but the Penguins rarely challenged the Titans, who led 34-20 at the half.

    Detroit led 44-27 with 11:25 remaining when Penguins went on a 9-0 run, but the Titans answered with 10 straight points.

    No Youngstown State player scored in double figures. TeJay Anderson, Radakovich and Quin Humphrey each finished with nine points. The Penguins had only five assists the entire game against 25 turnovers.

    Willie Wallace added 11 points for Detroit.
