DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- Brian Roberts scored 24 points to lead Dayton to an 82-57 win over SMU on Saturday.
Up 40-28 at halftime, Roberts made a 3-pointer to open the second half and start a 23-18 run that gave the Flyers (3-1) a 63-46 lead with 9:18 left. Roberts was 10 of 12 from the floor, including three 3 pointers.
Chris Wright added 14 for Dayton, which has won two in a row.
Dayton shot 53 percent (30 of 56).
