WICHITA, Kan. -- Sam Singh hit a layup with 0.9 seconds left to help Bradley beat Wichita State 60-58 on Wednesday night.
Bradley (8-5, 2-0 Missouri Valley) led throughout the second half until Shockers freshman Toure' Murry tied it at 58 on a 3-pointer with 27.2 seconds remaining.
Bradley's Sam Maniscola missed a layup, but Singh grabbed the offensive rebound and scored the game-winning basket.
Theron Wilson led the Braves with 18 points. Eddren McClain added 11 points and Singh finished with 10.
Murry scored all of his 15 points in the second half to lead Wichita State (6-7, 0-2), and Garrett Stutz added 14.
The Shockers hit just 5-of-10 attempts at the free throw line. Bradley made 13 of its 14 attempts.
