    CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Stephen Curry scored 32 points and had five steals in Davidson's 84-69 win over The Citadel on Saturday night.

    The Wildcats (11-3, 4-0 Southern Conference) shot 47.2 percent from the field (25-for-53).

    Davidson, which shot 50 percent from 3-point range in the first half (6 of 12) was 3-for-11 in the second. Will Archambault added 11 points and Andrew Lovedale added 10 for the Wildcats.

    Cameron Well led The Citadel (7-8, 2-2) with 25 points. Demetrius Nelson had 18 points for the Bulldogs and Zach Urbanus added 10.

    It was the 21st time Curry has topped the 30-point mark, trailing all-time leading scorer John Gergy in games with 30 or more by three games.

    Davidson, which came off a 79-67 loss to No. 2 Duke Wednesday, has won nine of its last 11 games. Against the Blue Devils, Curry scored 29 points -- the most Duke has allowed any player this season.
