WASHINGTON -- Put the commander in chief on the front row, and Georgetown beats Duke with its best shooting game in 30 years.With President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden munching popcorn in some of the best seats in the house, the Hoyas (No. 11 ESPN/USA Today, No. 7 AP) put on a couldn't-miss performance against Duke (No. 7 ESPN/USA Today, No. 8 AP), shooting 71.7 percent in Saturday's 89-77 win.
• Led by 21 points from Chris Wright and Greg Monroe, Georgetown handed Duke its second double-digit loss in four games.
• It was Duke's first road loss against an AP Top 25 nonconference team since 1997 (UCLA).
• Georgetown shot an impressive 71.7 percent from the field, matching Northern Arizona against Portland State on Jan. 17 for the most-accurate showing by a team this season.
• Georgetown is 3-0 against ranked nonconference opponents this season.
