Corey Law, Nick Barbour and Justin Cheek each added 10 points for High Point, which had 11 players score. Law also had 11 rebounds, which gave him his sixth double-double in the past 15 games dating to last season.
High Point led 33-22 at halftime and put the game out of reach with runs of 8-0 and 10-0 in the first nine minutes of the second half.
High Point's defense forced 25 Ferrum turnovers and held the NCAA Division III team to 37 percent (20 for 54) shooting from the field. Meanwhile, High Point made 64 percent (16 of 25) of its shots in the second half and was 25-for-62 (40.3 percent) for the game.
