    CLEVELAND -- Norris Cole scored eight of his 21 points in the final minute to lead Cleveland State past Kent State 69-66 on Sunday night.

    Kent State's Carlton Guyton tied it at 61 on a jumper with 1:41 to play. Cole then scored eight points in a 23-second span, starting with a layup with 50 seconds left.

    His free throws with 46 seconds left put the Vikings (3-0) up 67-61 en route to the World Vision Tournament championship.

    The Vikings, who trailed 34-23 at halftime, used a 13-2 run to pull within 47-42 on Aaron Pogue's free throw with 10:17 left.

    Tim Kamczyc's 3-pointer put Cleveland State (2-1) ahead 53-50 with 7:35 to play -- its first lead since 5:19 into the game.

    In the second half the Vikings scored 17 points off turnovers and shot 44.1 percent (15 of 34).

    Justin Green scored 17 and Justin Manns, Michael Porrini and Guyton had 10 each for the Golden Flashes.
