MILWAUKEE -- Darius Johnson-Odom made two free throws with 5.3 seconds left and scored a career-high 29 points as Marquette won its 38th consecutive game against Wisconsin-Milwaukee by winning 75-72 Saturday night.

Marquette's 38-0 record against Milwaukee is the second-longest streak in Division I, topped only by Syracuse's 44-0 mark against Colgate.

Ja'Rob McCallum, who led the Panthers (3-4) with 19 points, hit a 3-pointer with 2 seconds left to pull his team within 74-72.

Jae Crowder was fouled with eight-tenths of a second left and made a free throw for Marquette (5-2).

Ryan Allen's half-court shot at the buzzer hit the top of the backboard and missed for the Panthers.
