BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Both Javon McCrea and Mitchell Watt tallied double-doubles, leading Buffalo in an 80-72 win over Youngstown State on Saturday night.

McCrea scored 29 and pulled down 13 boards, while Watt had 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulls (6-2), who have won back-to-back games for the third time this season. Zach Filzen added 11 points for Buffalo.

The Bulls trailed 39-38 at the break, but McCrea scored Buffalo's first six points after halftime to put them up 44-42 less than two minutes into the second half. A 3 by DuShawn Brooks put the Penguins back on top, 45-44, but Titus Robinson then scored four straight to put Buffalo back on top for good.

Youngstown State pulled back within 62-61 with 8:38 left, but Tony Watson II hit a 3 to spark a 7-0 Bulls run to seal it.

Kendrick Perry scored 18 points to lead the Penguins (6-3).
