WEST POINT, N.Y. -- Mike Muscala scored 19 points and Cameron Ayers added 14 more, leading Bucknell over Army 75-59 on Saturday in the Patriot League opener for both teams.

Joe Willman grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds for the Bison (11-6, 1-0), who outrebounded the Black Knights 37-32 en route to their third consecutive win. Bucknell has now beaten Army, the only team to deal them a Patriot League loss last season, three straight times.

Muscala opened the game for Bucknell with a pair of jumpers, a dunk and a layup, helping the Bison gain a 21-9 advantage in the first 9 1/2 minutes. They led by 15 points at the intermission and outscored the Black Knights 31-30 in the second half to seal the victory.

Josh Herbeck scored 17 points to pace Army (7-9, 0-1), which came in trying to set a season high with three straight wins.
