GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Kam Cerroni scored 23 points and Alec Brown added 16 to lead Green Bay to a 75-60 victory against Valparaiso on Thursday night.

Brennan Cougill had 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Phoenix (8-12, 4-6 Horizon League), who never trailed en route to improving to 8-1 at home this season.

Ben Boggs scored 17 points and Ryan Broekhoff 14 for the Crusaders (14-8, 7-3), who dropped out of a first-place tie in the league standings, a half-game behind idle Cleveland State.

Green Bay maintained a small lead until getting separation midway through the second half. A Keifer Sykes layup gave the Phoenix a 48-42 lead, and Cerroni made five straight free throws, to extend the cushion to 11 points with 9:55 remaining.

Cerroni and Boggs had five 3-pointers each.

Sykes had 11 points and Josh Humphrey nine rebounds for Green Bay.
