JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jalen Riley scored 19 points and hit two key free throws late as East Tennessee State edged North Florida 88-85 Saturday.

With the game tied, Riley was fouled with 3.2 left and hit both free throws for an 87-85 lead. Kinard Gadsden-Gilliard intercepted a long inbounds pass and hit 1 of 2 free throws to make it 88-85.

North Florida's Beau Beech was fouled with .3 seconds left in a desperation heave situation. He was given three free throws, but missed the first two before intentionally missing the third as ETSU (17-13, 10-7 Atlantic Sun Conference) escaped.

North Florida (14-15, 8-8) erased an 85-77 deficit to tie the game late.

Hunter Harris and Rashawn Rembert scored 18 apiece while Gadsden-Gilliard scored 16 and Lester Wilson 15. Rembert hit 4 3-pointers to post a school record 88 3-pointers this season.

Travis Wallace scored 19 and Dallas Moore 18 for the Ospreys.
