Bisping scored 20 to lead Siena past Rider 62-47

ALBANY, N.Y. -- Brett Bisping scored a career-high 20 points and Rob Poole had 12 as Siena rolled to a 62-47 victory Saturday night over Rider.

Bisping was 7 of 9 from the field, and scored nine from three-point range. Siena (6-9, 2-2 Metro Atlantic) has won four straight at home.

Siena opened the second half on a 10-2 run to take a 35-25 lead with 17:06 remaining. Rider (7-6, 3-1) closed the gap to 37-32 when Anthony Myles made one of two free throws. Siena answered with an 18-8 run, capped by consecutive 3-pointers by Marquis Wright and Bisping, to stretch its lead to 55-40 with 5:45 to play. Wright had five assists for the Saints.

Rider shot just 14 of 51 from the field. Miles scored 21 points to lead the Broncs.
