JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -- Torrey Craig scored 22 points and pulled down 15 rebounds to lead South Carolina Upstate to a 75-63 win over East Tennessee State Monday night.
Craig, who averages 16.9 points per game, has now scored 2,003 career points at USC Upstate (15-11, 8-5 Atlantic Sun Conference). Ricardo Glenn, who leads the conference in rebounding averaging 7.5 a game, pulled down 15 and scored 18 points. Fred Miller added 15 points for the Spartans.
ETSU held a 33-31 halftime advantage but Fred Miller made a layup to start the second half as the Spartans went on a 13-0 run to lead 44-33 at the 16:15 mark. The Spartans stretched that to 64-46 with 6:00 remaining.
The Buccaneers shot just 24.2 percent from the field in the second half.
