BALTIMORE -- Scott Eatherton scored 23 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as fifth-seeded Northeastern beat fourth-seeded Drexel 90-81 on Saturday in the quarterfinals of the Colonial Athletic Association tournament.
Zach Stahl added 19 points, David Walker scored 18 and T.J. Williams had 12 for Northeastern (11-20), which shot 51.9 percent from the field. Stahl also grabbed 12 rebounds as the Huskies held a 42-31 rebounding advantage over Drexel (16-14).
Northeastern went on a 13-2 run in the in the first half to take a 33-17 lead just before halftime and led by double digits for most of the second half.
Northeastern will play top-seeded Delaware in the semifinals on Sunday.
