North Carolina coach Roy Williams said senior guard Marcus Paige's return to the starting lineup would "more than likely" knock sophomore Theo Pinson from the starting lineup depending on practice today. That would mean sophomore Joel Berry starting at point and Paige would play off the ball. Paige's first full practice after returning from a right hand injury was Saturday. Williams said had it been NCAA tournament time Paige could have played last week.

Kentucky hoops still No. 1 in AP top 25
